The new 2024 Ducati DesertX Adventure Motorcycle is functional, a ‘sport tool’, highly competent, technologically advanced and very effective like all Ducati bikes.
Post-heritage minimal
The overall aesthetic of the 2024 Ducati DesertX Adventure Motorcycle manages to combine the suggestion of the “Dakarians” with the fully touch interface feeling. It gives a feeling of post-heritage and digital at the same time, thus maintaining overall styling while still meeting the need for advanced technology.
Essential and robust
The new 2024 Ducati DesertX Adventure Motorcycle is visually composed of 3 macro elements: a central solo volume, the new saddle, and the windshield that integrates the double headlight. A “Robust Design” effect that perfectly combines form and function.

Designed for Greater Comfort
The Adventure Motorcycle surfaces in contact with the rider are kept broad and well-linked, allowing movement in different directions with the highest level of comfort, especially on off-road rides.
RR22 Livery inspired by that of the Famous Audi RS Q e-tron
An all-new RR22 Livery is inspired by the Audi RS Q e-tron that competed in the last Dakar. Seen for the first time in the International Press Launch in Sardinia on the Ducati DesertX ridden by Danilo Petrucci, it will join an attractive Matt Star White Silk colour scheme.
“A design out of time & fashion.” – Jeremy Faraud, Product Design.
The overall aesthetic of the new 2024 Ducati DesertX Adventure Motorcycle manages to unite the suggestion of homage to the “Dakarians” with the modern “look and feel”. This new Adventure motorcycle was designed by the Centro Stile Ducati following the overall criteria of essentiality and sturdiness. The Ducati designers have pushed for a minimalist aesthetic that conveys resistance, once again combining form and function in the best possible way.
Post-heritage Appearance
Every stylistic reference has been reinterpreted by Ducati to make the motorcycle absolutely contemporary. The 2024 Ducati DesertX Adventure Motorcycle comes with an all-new Ducati RR22 livery, inspired by the famous Audi RS Q e-tron that participated in the last Dakar, and in the Matte Star White Silk colour scheme.

Digital sensations
An all-new, extremely attractive dual full-LED DRLs are integrated into its windshield, without any other visible structure, giving the appearance of a touch interface.
Robust-design guidelines
The effect of “Robust Design” is caused by a studied alternation between big and small curvatures. Lines that, at first glance, tell of the sportiness of a motorcycle that conveys the pleasure of adventure.

For example, the front end makes a completely new composition that makes an overall impression at first glance. The windscreen merges with the headlight.
Asymmetrical Tank Design
The authenticity of the new 2024 Ducati DesertX Adventure Motorcycle is underscored by its tank, a real metal tank including a large capacity and an off-centre cap.
Aerodynamics
The Ducati engineers were concerned about the rider’s thermal comfort and came up with a solution: creating fresh-air ducts hidden behind the new side guards, while hot air from the radiator is drained from underneath.
Robustness
The aluminium cowl, standard on the new 2024 Ducati DesertX Adventure Motorcycle, covers most of the engine, creating visual continuity with the bike’s front.

Dedicated Capsule collection
The new 2024 Ducati DesertX Adventure Motorcycle has such a strong identity that, for the first time, Ducati engineers decided to design a dedicated clothing line in-house at the Centro Stile. They named the capsule collection 21/18.
