Triumph’s legendary Scrambler DNA is combined with the capabilities of an authentic adventure motorbike in these stunning new 1200 scramblers, redefining performance, specification, and finish in the category.

It is the first time a motorbike with authentic scrambling DNA has been created with the most outstanding level of engineering, aesthetics, and technology; a spectacular ‘any road’ motorcycle.

Thrilling Performance

In addition to class-leading torque the Scrambler 1200 Bond Edition’s’scrambler tune’ enhances performance. The six-speed gearbox delivers smooth, linear power thanks to the 270° firing interval. Evolved particularly for the Scrambler, the 1200 engine generates 89 HP @ 7,400 rpm and is designed to offer ‘high torque’ off-road and on, low down and throughout the mid-range, with peak torque 81.1 LB-FT at a low 3,950 rpm.

Twin high-level exhaust systems with stainless steel headers and an Arrow silencer adorned with carbon-fiber end caps are used to create the Scrambler sounds.

With ride-by-wire and a delicately fitted liquid cooling system that enhances performance and reduces fuel consumption, the Scrambler 1200 engine is just like the current generation Bonnevilles.

Class-Leading Specification & Equipment

The Scrambler 1200 Bond Edition’s dual-purpose ‘classic and adventure’ potential is enhanced with an exclusive Ohlins partnership and a specific Scrambler chassis designed for off-road concentration and pleasant rider ergonomics.

Twin-spring Ohlins rear suspension units with piggyback reservoirs give category-leading wheel travel (250 mm) and suspension capabilities for incredible off-road prowess and ground clearance in the Bond Edition model.

Premium Brembo M50 radial monobloc calipers with adjustable folding foot controls, and the industry’s first tubeless tires and spoked 21-inch front wheel round out the high-end engineering features.

Beautiful and Unique 007 Design Scheme

To honor an iconic British partnership, the new Scrambler 1200 Bond Edition features a premium Sapphire Black paint scheme with a classic oversized Triumph tank badge and brushed decal foil knee pads with hand-painted gold coach lines, inspired by the Scrambler 1200 action bikes seen in No Time To Die. The exhaust number board, lower side panel finisher, and premium genuine leather seat with embroidered 007 logos are just a few of the 007-themed features that can be found on the vehicle.

Additional blacked-out elements include an anodized rear mudguard and grab rail, black forks, gold-accented high-value engine emblems as well as a powder-coated swingarm and sprocket cover that complete the look. Several unique higher-value details and features complement Bond Edition’s blacked-out premium finish, including a high-level front mudguard with anodized finish, fog lights with a black anodized finish shroud, a premium Arrow silencer with carbon-fiber end caps, machined front brake reservoirs, black rear wheel adjusters and stainless steel headlight grilles.

Ultra-Rare Limited Edition

The Scrambler 1200 Bond Edition, one of just 250 ever produced, will be a prized Modern Classic from Triumph. Featuring a stunning, individually-numbered plaque billet riser clamp, each one is a one-off.

Triumph’s CEO Nick Bloor has hand-signed a numbered letter for each Bond Edition bike, and each owner will get a quality backpack in their handover package.

Thrilling Performance

The latest generation Bonneville High Power 1200 cc of the engine has been used in new Scramblers, bringing category-leading torque and a dedicated ‘scrambler tune.’ The six-speed gearbox provides smooth, linear power thanks to the 270° firing interval. Compared to the Bonneville T120, the 1200 engine makes 12.5% more power at 7,400 rpm, while the 2019 Street Scrambler makes 38.5% more power at 7,400 rpm. Off-road and on, low and mid-range, the Scrambler 1200’s engine is geared to offer “high torque,” with a maximum torque of 110Nm at a low 3,950rpm. It is also 37.5% more potent than the Street Scrambler.

The exhaust system for the Scrambler sound is made out of stainless steel headers and brushed stainless steel silencers that provide a deep, punchy scrambler tone. The Scrambler 1200 engine, like the other Bonnevilles, has ride-by-wire and a finely integrated liquid cooling system for improved performance and cleaner, more fuel-efficient riding than previous models. The first major service interval on Scrambler 1200 Bond Edition variants is 10,000 miles/16,000 kilometers on both models.
