The brand new 12-hole Downdraft twin bore fuel injection system is designed for on- or off-road excursions and is equally at home in the city on long lengths of open highways. By controlling ignition timing, fuel injection volume and throttle valve opening based on rear wheel spin, proven YCC-T fly-by-wire technology allows a sophisticated traction control system. In the high position, one inch of seat height adjustment provides a smaller size for shorter riders or a roomier riding position for larger riders. At the same time, the windscreen may be moved vertically 2.3 inches without tools. The Yamaha gave special attention to detail in the fluted footpegs. Rubber cushions provide good comfort for the rider while seated. The rubber compresses when the rider stands to tackle more complex riding circumstances that allow the rider’s boots to touch the metal foot peg surface.
An all-new Super Tenere ES 2022 Yamaha Adventure Touring Bike has three possible configurations for the optional flexible luggage system baseline with no top case or side bags, entire case installed, or side cases installed. These extras which are part of the bike’s design, add to the Super Ténéré ES’s appearance. Brush guards wrap around the handlebar and are affixed to a robust rubber-mounted handlebar as standard. The motorcycle is suitable for maximum parking convenience on both sides, and center stands are available.
