The Testastretta DVT 1262 engine is the beating heart of the 2024 Ducati XDiavel Nera Naked Motorcycle, producing a maximum output of 152 hp at 9,500rpm and a maximum torque of 92.9lb-ft at 5,000 rpm. Desmodromic Variable Timing, Ducati’s variable valve timing system with desmodromic actuation, enables achieving seemingly conflicting objectives: smooth and responsive performance at low revs, strong torque across the entire rev range, and sporty power delivery at full throttle.
The bike’s chassis, low seat height, and forward footpeg position are all designed to offer exceptional ease of riding and comfort at relaxed speeds, while ensuring that sporty riding remains enjoyable and engaging. The combination of the steel trellis frame, the suspension system, and the overall chassis design contributes to agility and maneuverability. This full-grain natural leather is soft, silky, and elegant, and it develops even more character over time. It is the result of years of research by Poltrona Frau. The saddle is personalized with laser-engraved “X” motifs that reference the motorcycle’s name. Each saddle is crafted entirely by hand by Poltrona Frau artisans at the Tolentino factory in the Marche region.
