Engine Features

The new 2018 Ducati Street Classic Scrambler features the powerful 803cc air-cooled L-Twin Desmodromic distribution engine with 2 valves per cylinder. The engine contains the bore to stroke ratio of about 88 mm and 66 mm respectively while the compression ratio is kept at 11:1. The engine has been optimized to deliver an outstanding power of about 54 kW @ 8,250 rpm and torque of 67 Nm # 5,750 rpm. The fuel injection contains an electronic fuel injection with the throttle bodies of about 50 mm like in 2018 Ducati Mach 2.0 Scrambler. The exhaust system comes with the solo stainless steel muffler with an aluminum silencer cover and catalytic converter. The engine has been approved by Euro 4 standard. The transmission consists up of a 6-speed gearbox with impressive gear ratios. The APTC wet multi-plate clutch has been used to provide an exceptional control.

Chassis Features

The new 2018 Ducati Street Classic Scrambler features an impressively strong and stylish frame. The frame consists up of tubular steel Trellis frame, which is strong, slim and has the ability to withstand all kinds of conditions. Its seat is optimized to provide an outstanding comfort and riding experience and the seat height is kept at 790 mm. The suspension and braking system has been optimized for better performance. The front suspension consists up of upside down Kayaba 41 mm fork while the rear suspension consists up of Kayaba rear shock with pre-load and rebound adjustable having an aluminum double-sided swingarm. The tires have special design is used in 2018 Ducati Street Classic Scrambler which will facilitate an exceptional grip. The front braking system features 330 mm disc while the rear contains 245 mm disc for the supreme braking force.
