The 2024 Ducati Panigale V2 Sports Motorcycle features a clean, purposeful design defined by sharp lines and advanced electronics, delivering strong performance on both road and track. The new Black on Black livery enhances its visual impact, presenting a more assertive and refined appearance.
This twin-cylinder Panigale benefits from updated electronics enabled by an inertial platform, improving both safety and track performance. At the same time, revised suspension settings and a more comfortable seat ensure it remains practical and enjoyable on the road. The model continues to carry the hallmark of Borgo Panigale’s twin-cylinder tradition through its 955cc Superquadro engine.

2024 Ducati Panigale V2 Sports Motorcycle – Features and Specs
Fun on the asphalt, performance and safety on the track
The 2024 Ducati Panigale V2 Sports Motorcycle maintains a focused sports character while preserving Ducati’s distinctive superbike identity. A signature single-sided aluminium swingarm reinforces its premium positioning. The fairing envelops the monocoque frame and draws attention to the compact Superquadro twin-cylinder engine, which is smaller than the Desmosedici Stradale.
The “double-layer” fairing combines functionality and design. The primary fairing flows into the tank with sculpted shoulders, while the secondary layer acts as an air extractor. This approach reinforces the sleek and integrated styling traditionally associated with Ducati’s fully faired sports models. The lower section visually connects to the under-engine silencer, which exits through a single lateral pipe.

The front of the motorcycle is defined by large air intakes that integrate the full LED headlight. Airflow is guided through ducts that reduce pressure loss and improve intake efficiency. The compact headlight design further emphasises the intakes, giving the front end a purposeful and aggressive stance.

The tail section is supported by a steel trellis subframe and finished with plastic covers extending from the vertical cylinder to the tailpiece. Inspired by automotive aerodynamics, the winged design incorporates a full LED taillight. Although built as a single assembly, it maintains a two-part visual signature consistent with Ducati sports bike tradition.
The compact, muscular bodywork reflects performance intent while retaining the elegance expected of a Ducati superbike. The Black on Black livery reinforces this character by combining matte grey with gloss black elements, accented by subtle red detailing on the tank, fairings and wheels. This finish also introduces a revised seat featuring updated materials and graphics.
The 955cc Superquadro engine produces 155 horsepower at 10,750 rpm and delivers 104 Nm of torque at 9,000 rpm. This engine delivers strong performance on track while remaining smooth and manageable on the road. The 2024 Ducati Panigale V2 Sports Motorcycle remains one of the few twin-cylinder models within the Panigale lineup.
The motorcycle is equipped as standard with Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV Corsa tyres, whose multi-compound construction ensures strong grip across varied riding conditions.
The monocoque frame integrates seamlessly with the fairing, showcasing the Superquadro engine and contributing to the bike’s structural rigidity and overall performance balance.
Safety and control are enhanced by a comprehensive electronics package built around a six-axis inertial platform. Systems include ABS Cornering EVO, Ducati Traction Control EVO 2, Ducati Wheelie Control EVO, Ducati Quick Shift up and down EVO 2 and Engine Brake Control EVO, all of which contribute to stability in demanding riding situations.

Front-end geometry
The front-end geometry features 24 degrees of rake and 94 mm of trail. The single-sided aluminium swingarm replaces the earlier double-sided design, improving both aesthetics and functionality. The wheelbase measures 1,436 mm, while the weight distribution is set at 52 per cent front and 48 per cent rear.
Suspension
The 2024 Ducati Panigale V2 Sports Motorcycle uses a 43 mm Showa Big Piston Fork at the front, fully adjustable for spring preload, compression and rebound damping. This system improves low-speed damping control while reducing the fluid volume required for adjustment.

Wheels and tires
The new 2024 Ducati Panigale V2 Sports Motorcycle features five-spoke wheels measuring 3.5 inches at the front and 5.5 inches at the rear. These are fitted with Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV Corsa tyres sized 120/70 ZR17 at the front and 180/60 ZR17 at the rear. The tyres combine track-oriented performance with everyday road usability.
4.3” TFT display
Instrumentation is provided through a 4.3-inch TFT display that offers clear menu navigation and simplified setting adjustments. The interface enables quick identification of the selected riding mode and displays system adjustments through intuitive graphics.

Electronic controls
The electronic suite, based on a six-axis inertial platform, integrates traction control, engine brake control, wheelie control, and quick-shift functionality. These systems operate in three riding modes—Race, Sport, and Street—and can be configured via the TFT display.
Lights and indicators
The compact headlight assembly uses dual LED modules for both low and high beams. Daytime running lights form a distinctive brow-like outline that characterises Ducati sports models. At the rear, the LED taillight follows a two-part design, while front and rear LED indicators complete the lighting system.
