The engine of Beta RR 4T 390 2023 Dirt Motorcycle is a single-cylinder, four-stroke design with titanium valves and a displacement of 385.6 ccm like in 2021 Beta RR 4T 390. It has a diameter and stroke of 89.0 mm and 63.4 mm, respectively, and four valves per cylinder, with a compression ratio of 12.5:1. Injection and Elldor dual electronic injection are used in the fuel system.

Kokusan ignition and a Double Overhead Cams/Twin Cam fuel management system. Two oil pumps care for lubrication, while liquid does double duty as a coolant. The gearbox is a chain, and there are six gears in the gearbox.

Wet multi-disc clutches are being used. Remarkably, it consumes 3.89 liters of gasoline for every 100 kilometers traveled and emits 90.2 grams of carbon dioxide every km driven.
