The system consists of an SOS button, a loudspeaker, and a microphone, all of which are integrated into the right-side handlebar controls.
The eCall system operates through BMW Motorrad Connected Services, which can be activated during the delivery of a new vehicle. When the SOS button is pressed, the rider is connected to an agent who can be informed about the situation and, if needed, contact emergency services.
