The exhaust system of these bikes is working well. It consists up of the sleek two-into-one exhaust system that routes just below the chassis for reduction of weight, mass centralization and it provides more space for the narrow tail section. The exhaust system has the twin catalyzer that employs the O2 feedback to the EFI system to produce the optimum combustion efficiency and it also reduces the emission to a lowest possible level. The engine has the new fuel injection system that employs the new Suzuki’s innovative, SDTV (Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve) that have the new throttle bodies of 39 mm. The secondary throttle valves are controlled by the servo motor for the smooth and efficient power delivery. The bike has the new, ten-hole, long-nose type fuel injectors on each throttle body that improves the fuel atomization for the better efficiency of combustion while reduction the consumption of fuel. The Suzuki patented, throttle bodies with the Integrated Idle Speed Control (TI-ISC) not only stabilizes the idle speed of an engine, but it also helps in lowering the emissions. This system is compact and lightweight. The TI-ISC of both bikes has the Suzuki’s Low RPM Assist that features the adjusting of engine speed during the take-off and the low-speed riding for the smooth power delivery plus it helps to reduce the possibility of rider stalling the motorcycle. The bike has the Engine Control Module (ECM) that offers state-of-the-art engine management and it also enhances the setting that suits the intake and exhaust system that results in better fuel efficiency and linear throttle response. This system monitors front and rear wheels speeds, throttle opening, a rate of an engine and the selected transmission. There are three different traction control modes i.e. 1, 2 and OFF. The difference in these traction controls is their method of sensitivity. Mode 1 is the lowest level of sensitivity which is suitable for the skilled riders. Mode 2 is highest sensitivity level which is appropriate for those roads where grip is limited. OFF mode disengages all the traction control features. The traction control system is not suitable for the throttle control of the rider. It cannot prevent the loss of traction due to the excessive speed when the rider enters a turn or applies the brakes. Neither this system can prevent the front wheel from losing grip. These bikes have the best Suzuki Easy Start system that lets the rider start these bikes with the momentary press the start switch without pulling the clutch lever when the transmission is in neutral. The new compact radiator is flanked by the new style wind directing plated that not only enhances the cooling efficiency but the right head out of the side vents away from the legs of rider.
