For 2013, Triumph gives a large blow of young person to his super sportive Triumph Daytona 675 and Triumph Daytona 675R: new framework, new driving, new design, equipment re-examined upwards… The objective of Triumph is limpid: to remain at the top of a crenel which, if it is also competitive only front, hardly suffers the opposition to progress.
Since its presentation in 2006, Triumph Daytona 675 fact of blowing a wind of revival on a Super sport category hither to be very acquired with the Japanese 4-cylinders. Supersport with the nimble foot

As with Triple Street, Triumph decided for 2013 to entirely remit Triumph Daytona 675 without to upset its fundamental. Aesthetically, one thus remains close to what one knew already. At first sight, the most radical change relates to the pot under the saddle, which gives up its seat to an exhaust in low position. As on the roadster, the goal of the operation is to center the masses, to lower the center of gravity and to thus make the motor bike even nimbler, without to burden stability at high-speed.
The framework receives a new back aluminum loop molded under pressure and, if it preserves a drawing close to that of the former generation, it is deeply improved. Calling on less of parts, it integrates a new conduct of admission and presents a re-examined geometry, with in particular a shortened footing. The fork is a KYB of last generation and the back shock absorber was modified. The Wheels low-fat are fitted in Pirelli Supercorsa of origin. The new ABS disconnect able, which weighs just 1,5kg, includes a mode Tracks, which authorizes the drifts of the aft wheel.
Side ergonomics, the height of saddle is reduced of 10 mm, which reduces the load on the wrists with the daily newspaper. The instrument panel integrates series a speedometer, a rev counter, an indicator of engaged report, a programmable shift-light, a gauge with petrol, a watch and a stopwatch. It can also accommodate in option the witness of pressure of tires TPMS.
Engine doped for Supersport English
The engine of Triumph Daytona 675 year 2013 is worked over again for more performance and of character. An increased boring and a reduced race auto raise a maximum mode of 14400 tr/min and a beach of useful mode wide. The power climbs with 128 ch. (94.2kW) with 12600 tr/min while the couple passes to 75 Nm.
The food calls on two injectors per cylinder, which makes it possible to increase the performances while controlling consumption. The titanium valves made possible the engineer’s house to work over again the combustion chambers and to gain in driving mode without increasing the diameter of the valves. With final, Triumph delivers Daytona 675.1,5 kg lighter, 3 horses more powerful and which announces them at the same time sharper and more stable than the preceding one. Triumph Daytona 675R: With a R as refined
Of course, the version R is always with the program. It included a series of shock absorb Ohlin’s TTX and a reversed fork NIX30 of the same manufacturer, cast solid Brembo clamps equipped with ABS disconnect able and the shifter Triumph, whose programming was re-examined for 2013. The cockpit is out of carbon, just like the back mudguard. The back loop, painted in red, is matched with the net of rims.
Triumph Daytona 675 and 675R will profit from a broad range of accessories: protections of engine, tallies and oscillating arm, levers and Master-cylinders machined, various anodized lids, quiet Arrow… The availability and the price of Triumph Daytona 675 and 675R 2013 remain to be defined, but if Triumph followed the “model” Triumph Street Triples 2013, inflation should not be with the program.
